Is the Spiritual Industry Saturated?

When I started offering readings, I didn’t know anyone like me doing what I was doing. Most of the readers I knew were older women, in their crone season, giving readings in a spiritual store as their second career.

Although I looked different than what was out there, I followed the calling from the Divine and began to offer readings. Apparently, I was on to something. So much so, that people started showing up from all directions asking me to teach them to do readings.

I knew this day would come. I received the premonition a few years earlier. “You will guide young healers,” I heard. So again, I followed without too much hesitation.

I remember sharing with my husband what I was about to do. “I’m going to teach people how to do readings,” I told Benny. “Isn’t that like creating competition for yourself? Aren’t you literally telling people to take your business,” he asked.

I understood what he meant. When I started to teach others, in a way, I was adding more inventory into the market. Meaning, I would now have to share this “pie” of people who wanted readings with my students — the people I was training.

I was aware of this perspective, but I didn’t buy it. I wasn’t afraid. Because I knew that what was happening was people were waking up and looking to heal on a scale I had never seen before. It was happening fast, and we needed all the help we could get. So I was training people as fast as I could.

Sure enough, Covid hit a few months after I started to train students and my students were quickly in high-demand.

It’s now  2025 and the healing demands are only getting stronger. You may feel like everyone is trying to be a healer or a coach these days, but this is on purpose. We are part of a greater lightworker community that planned to come together all at the same time. This is by design.

Lastly, I am not concerned with saturation because there are two behaviors I have observed in the client who visits a healer. #1 They don’t stop at one healer. They see several while on their journey. #2 Working with healers has become a lifestyle, not a one time thing. The same way you build a relationship with your pediatrician, people are beginning to see healers as part of their healthcare network.

We’re here to stay, my friends. And there are more of us coming!

I share even more thoughts in my course “Full-Time Spiritual Mentor.”

It’s typically an on-demand course, but if you purchase by May 8, you’ll get to join two live Q&A calls with me so you can get your questions answered.

You can register here.
